Acceptance criteria, training and after-sales service

After the equipment installation and debugging is completed, Party B shall assist Party A in acceptance.

Party B shall provide training for Party A‘s equipment operation, fault maintenance and troubleshooting, with a shelf life of one year, counting from the arrival of the equipment;

During the warranty period, Party B needs to repair and replace spare parts for non-human factors provided by Party A free of charge; After the warranty period expires, Party B shall provide Party A with preferential price and paid maintenance service in time after receiving the failure notice from Party A; The after-sales response time is within 2 hours.
