Hot air circulation system

The design scheme of plane vertical jet flow is adopted, the upper and lower wind pressures are balanced, and the product does not drift.

Adopt 1HP air supply motor and 10.5-inch multi-wing wind wheel.

Lengthening the air duct design to relieve the air pressure.

Temperature parameter

Temperature range: adjustable from normal temperature to 200℃, and it takes about 20 minutes at normal temperature to 120℃.

Common temperature: 120℃.

Temperature uniformity: the temperature difference at 120℃ is 3℃.

Adopt Japanese OMRON E5A temperature controller, PID calculus, SSR output, and the control accuracy is 1℃.

Taiwan Province "Minyang" temperature sensor is adopted, and the temperature sensing accuracy is 0.3℃.

Each temperature section is equipped with a six-point temperature detector to display the temperature in the furnace in real time.

The exhaust capacity of the exhaust port is 6-30m/h.
